I am a film producer-director-writer with more than four decades of experience in all aspects of filmmaking and other media. I have produced and directed films, written books, conducted international workshops and curated museum exhibitions with an orientation toward human rights, freedom of expression, dreams of world peace, and protecting the environment.

Before re-locating to Santa Fe, New Mexico, I lived in the midst of wind and tide for more than twenty years on a wooden boat in Sausalito, California.

I love to poke around rivers, the rocky source of the Sacramento River in California, an overlook above the Chama River in New Mexico and urban landscapes as well.
